Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet: O ye that believe! Send ye blessings on him, and salute him with all respect.”[33:56]

However, the showering of blessings and salutations upon the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is the Divine practice of Allah, His sunnah. As the glory of Allah is the highest and the most exalted, so His sunnah is also the highest and the most exalted.

If a believer sends salam upon the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) the reward is much higher in rank and degree. Muslims who pay salam upon the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) will be given a reply and have the same returned to them by Almighty Allah and the angels. Prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) stated: There is no Muslim who invokes blessings upon me (salutes me), but Allah returns to me my soul till I respond to him in return.

Although angels are commissioned by Almighty Allah to convey the blessings on the Noble Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), salam is directly received by the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). He has categorically and unambiguously said:
“Invoke blessings on me, since blessings invoked by you are conveyed to me wherever you may be.” Abu Dawood, Sunan, b. of manasik (rituals of hajj) (2: 218 # 2042)

Ahle Sunnah Wal Jama'at

The Ahl as-Sunnat Wal Jama’at is the largest group of Muslims and the only group whose beliefs and teachings are truly in accordance with the Noble Qur’an and Sunnah of the Most Beloved Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam). The beliefs of this group are the same as the beliefs of the Sahaba or Noble Companions of the Beloved Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa Sallam) and the Salf-e-Saliheen (our great pious predecessors). In many Ahadith, the Beloved Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) strongly advised the Muslims to follow his Sunnah and to remain steadfast upon the path of his Sahaba, the Salf-e-Saliheen.

Hazrat Abdullah Ibn-e-Abbas says that the Holy Prophet (Peace and Blessings be upon Him) addressed the people at the time of last hajj“O people! I’m leaving behind among you, the Holy book (Quran) and the Sunnah. If you follow these in letter and spirit, you will never be strayed.” (Hakim Al-Mustadrik Book#1 Hadith # 318)
The Beloved Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Follow the way of the largest group of Muslims! For, he who deviates from this group will be thrown into Hell!” [Sunnan Ibn Majah, Hadith # 3950]
The Beloved Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “Allah will never allow my Ummah to unite upon misguidance and incorrect beliefs. Allah’s mercy, blessings and protection are with the largest group of Muslims. And he who deviates from this largest group of Muslims will be thrown into Hell.” (Sunan Al Tirmizi Vol.2 Pg.39)
The Beloved Prophet (Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “He who deviates from the largest group of Muslims, even as much as a hand span, has himself cut off his connection with Islam”. (Abu Dawud)
Allah will never let my Ummah agree upon misguidance, and the hand of Allah is over the group (Jama’ah), so follow the great mass of believers (Sawad ul-’Azam), and whoever dissents from them departs to hell(al-Tirmidhi (4/2167) a narration authenticated and reported by al-Hakim (1/116), and al-Dhahabi agreed with him, Scholars explained that Sawad al Azam here refers to great Ulama

Status Of Piran-e-Pir Syed Abdul Qadir Razi Allah Anhu

In quoted Sura of the Holy Qur’aan, the 8th Sura, al-Anfaal: Verse 34, Allah refers to the guardians of the Sacred Haram ash-Shareef, The Noble Sacred Sanctuary in Makkah, but The Ones who know Allah (urafa) have taken it a step further and say that the Haram ash-Shareef, is the Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him, his family and his companions). He is the sanctuary to which all the lovers of Allah turn to for protection. They are drowned in his reality. They seek the Beloved of Allah. His true heirs, the awliya serve as guardians of the Spiritual Hearts or qalb of their devotees. The Spiritual Hearts or Qalb is the nucleus of The Essence Of Man or the ruh. This Spiritual Organ of Perception is where Transcendent Realities enter into contact with man. The Qalb is the connection (al-barzakh) between this world and the next. It is also the battlefield of the Greater Holy War (jihad al-akbar). Here a battle is fought between ...

It is stated by Imam Bukhari in his kitabul Adaabul Mufrad and also by Imam Nawawi in his Kitubul Asghar that 'Once Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas thigh or foot went numb and someone said to him remember him whom you love most, he replied 'Ya Muhammad' and his thigh or foot was cured. This narration has been backed by Qadi Ayyad in Hi Kitabus Shifa (Section Loving the Prophet p226 english version translated by Aisha Bewley.

Imam Nawawi in Kitaabul Adhkaar records that some individuals were sitting in the company of Abdullah ibn Abbas when suddenly one of them suffered from cramps. The great companion advised his colleague to remember the person whom he loved the most and hence the man replied YA Muhammad and his feeling returned.

Al Quran & Hadith Nabawi Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam
Look at the Holy Quran when Hazrat Sulaiman was taking his group through the jungle and an Ant heard his footsteps and said:
"Ya Ayyouhan Namlud Khulu Masaakinakum La Yahtimannakum Sulaimaanu Wa Junuduhu Wahum La Yash'uroon" (Oh Ants, get in to your houses lest Sulaiman and his army crush you without even knowing) (27:18)
Hadith of Bukhari after the battle of Badr. The Prophet was talking to the dead bodies of Abu Jahl and the Kuffar by asking them how had Allah fufilled his promise. Hazrat Umar asks the Prophet 'Oh Messenger of Islam, they are dead can they hear you? The Prophet replies they can hear as well as the living, the only difference is that their reply cannot be heard by the living (Sahih Bukhari)
Hafiz Ibn Kathir (Al Bidaya Wa An Nihaya), Imam Al Tabari (Tarikh al Qamil) and Ibn Athir wrote; During the Caliphate of Abu Bakr (May Allah be pleased with him). There was a battle against the false Prophet Musaylima. When the battle commenced, the Muslims lost their footing, at which Khalid Ibn Walid and the rest of the companions called YA Muhammadand proceeded to win the battle.
